Jeremy is able to store his entire memorey, mind and soul into his him. This allows him to mind with a weaker chip and take it over essentially transfering his mind and sould into another body. When doing this he is able to take over that mind and delete it if he chooses. But he converts the momories of the victims mind into data which he can use to convinse others that he is that person. Seth Ronan has to act immediatly. Never know if his friends who have the chip are being controlled by Dr. Jeremy Mathews. Both find it hard to control each others minds. The continue to battle against each other in some of the most bizarre ways.

Ex hacker and inventor Dr. Jeremy Mathews has just discovered a way to tap into the human brain and fuse a micro processor computer chip to the human brain and Spinal cord with sythetic neuro fibers. Although his evil dark plan to control and destroy the human race is covered by a marketing plan that will enable almost anybody to afford the procedure. The chip will drastically improve ones memory and enable them to listen to music at will. With the rise of portable music devices Jeremy's invention becomes a monopoly as he had planned. No ones knows that the chip Jeremy has implanted in him is far more powerfull than those of the consumers. He will be able to wirelessly tap into the minds of whomever ownes his product and control there very action. Even self destruction. He can do this all around the globe. Although doing so requires him to comsume large amounts of energy so much so that hem implants power reserve batteries in his body along with eating large amounts of food. The batteries also covert excess calories into stored energy.
